This special, one-off barrel aged red is a bit of a milestone for us here at Prairie Dog Brewing. It is our first ever beer that has gone through a primary fermentation with Brettanomyces in an oak barrel, allowing us to create a dry, fruity, and slightly funky product aimed at catching the eye of the sour beer lovers out there. This beer is a sign of more things to come from the recently expanded barrel program.
