We Care About Food Safety and Allergy Inclusivity!

About This Guide

Millions of Canadians face life-threatening food allergies and medical conditions like Celiac Disease, while many more suffer from less-severe (though troubling) food allergies. If this describes you, you’ll be happy to hear that we prioritize your safety at Prairie Dog Brewing and pride ourselves on our nut-free and seafood free allergy-inclusive menu. To help our you make the safest choices, we’ve included detailed listings of our menu items and their ingredients here for your perusal, as well as a quick summary of common allergens found in our foods, which you can find below. We ask that you inform our team on every visit about your food-related medical conditions, so we can flag them and avoid possible cross-contamination while preparing and serving your items. We keep printed copies of our allergy materials on hand in case you have difficulty opening or reading these files on your mobile device.
