Prairie Dog Brewing Code of Conduct

At Prairie Dog Brewing, we foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All guests, colleagues, suppliers and government officials are treated with respect and should feel comfortable in all of their interactions with us.

Above all, we pride ourselves on providing a safe physical and social environment for our team and our guests, and that includes social safety and positive mental health. We will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour, bullying, harassment, intimidation or discrimination of any kind.
Any form of discrimination or intolerance are very harmful to our guests’ and team’s social safety and treated as serious infractions of our code of conduct and are a direct breach of our culture.

Examples of unacceptable behaviour include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiating unwanted physical contact with customers or employees

  • Acts of any kind of violence or aggression

  • Offensive comments or conversation regarding gender (sexism or misogyny), gender identity and expression (transphobia), sexual orientation (homophobia), physical, emotional, intellectual ability, physical appearance (including clothing), body size, age, race or ethnicity (racism), or religion (bigotry)

  • Exhibitionism and indecent exposure

  • Verbally abusive comments including insults, bullying, intimidation

If at any time during your visit you are made to feel unsafe, please let one of our team members know.
