  • Offensive comments or conversation regarding gender (sexism or misogyny), gender identity and expression (transphobia), sexual orientation (homophobia), physical, emotional, intellectual ability, physical appearance (including clothing), body size, age, race or ethnicity (racism), or religion (bigotry)

  • Exhibitionism and indecent exposure

  • Verbally abusive comments including insults, bullying, intimidation

If at any time during your visit you are made to feel unsafe, please let one of our team members know.

We are committed to working for equity, justice and diverse representation. We strive for physical and psychological safety for all. All are welcome and treated with respect and dignity.

We are committed to be transparent with our team
members, our guests and our partners about our progress and learnings while becoming an integral member of our community

Triple Bottom Line

We believe in the triple bottom line, which means that we consider the effects of our decisions on not only profit, but also on people and the planet.

We aim to have a positive, lasting impact on the lives of our team, guests, and the larger community around us. We want our customers to leave happier than they were when they came in, our team members to someday leave us better off than they were when they first set foot in our doors and the world around us to be improved through our actions.
