New England-style Double IPA dosed with mangos and habaneros to create a bright, juicy, and tropical summer treat with just enough heat to make your taste buds tingle.
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Prairie Dog Brewing is reopening! As we say Sláinte! to the exciting times ahead, we decided to create a beer as big as this joyous moment in our journey. Pulling out all the stops for this massive summer treat, we started with a bold New-England style Imperial/double IPA (IIPA) bursting with citrus and tropical notes, then allowing the beer to finish on a pleasant summer combination of mangos and habaneros. We finished this beer with just enough habaneros to tingle the taste buds, rather than overheat them. So while your face may melt on the patio this summer, your taste buds won’t.
