Our house-made brioche bun, which includes brewery spent grains baked by the Calgary Italian Bakery. These buns utilize spent grain from our brewery.
Spent Grain Brioche: Bulk white flour, water, sugar, whole eggs, shortening, butter (salted), spent grains, yeast, whey powder, salt, O-Tentic durum flour.
