Long Description
Our American-style porter offers a dark beer for customers who want their porters to be porters. Leaving adjuncts and special ingredients aside, this porter is brewed to accentuate its international bill of malts. This beer has been a long-standing favourite as a homebrew recipe, which we adapted to our commercial brewing system with great results. The beer features loads of dark, complex malts with notes of toasted caramel, coffee and chocolate overlaid by a pleasant floral/citrus hop character. The beer has a full body but finishes fairly dry, making it easy to have more than one.
