In collaboration with Rising Tides Taproom, XHale Brew Co., and Wild Winds Brewery, we created this fruity, lightly tart beer in celebration of what ties us together. As women-owned businesses in an industry that still shows symptoms of institutional sexism, we try to break the mold and show our customers what an inclusive environment looks like. Utilizing the limited edition Pink Boots Malt in the support of the Pink Boots Society, this gose also features acidulated malt and sea salt. It was fruited with prickly pear-a desert cactus which produces fruit reminiscent of kiwi, with a hint of bubblegum. It grows nativity in dry, arid climates such as Mexico, the Caribbean, and Palestine.
