Ingredients

Brisket and Pork patty: Beef brisket, ground pork, black pepper, kosher salt, oregano, garlic powder.

Red BBQ Sauce: Shallots, garlic, canola oil, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, sage, rosemary, thyme, yellow sugar, molasses, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, honey, vegan Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, apple sauce, Dijon mustard, water.

• Vegan Worcestershire sauce: Soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, yellow sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper

Bacon: Pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke.

Caramelized onions: Yellow onions, unsalted butter, canola oil, kosher salt

Smoked Tomato Sauce: Diced tomato, apple cider vinegar, yellow sugar, shallots, roasted garlic, kosher salt, black pepper

Artisan Romaine lettuce, aged white cheddar cheese.

Allergy Information

Dairy – Spent grain brioche bun, caramelized onions, Cheddar cheese

Wheat – Spent grain brioche bun, Red BBQ Sauce

Egg – Spent grain brioche bun

Soy – Red BBQ sauce

Mustard- Red BBQ sauce

To remove the soy and/or mustard allergen, sub out the Red BBQ sauce. Feel free to request another suitable sauce as a replacement.

To remove the wheat allergen, substitute for a vegan, gluten-free bun.

To remove the dairy allergen, sub out the spent grain brioche for a vegan, gluten-free bun. Remove the caramelized onions and sub the cheddar cheese for vegan, dairy-free cheese substitute.
