This limited-time sandwich is sure to hit the spot with our guests! Salty, cheesy and slightly spiced, this sandwich is best enjoyed when paired with a Gunnison’s Red Ale!

- Dijon mustard, black pepper, coriander, kosher salt, yellow sugar, curing salt
- SkyeFire Bakery marble rye bread
- Unbleached wheat flour, Dark rye flour, Rye sourdough culture, Yeast, Water, Salt, Spent grains
- Smoked sauerkraut
- Swiss cheese
- Spiced honey mustard sauce
- mayonnaise, smooth Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika
- Carolina gold sauce – Yellow mustard, malt vinegar, yellow sugar, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, kosher salt, black pepper
- Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce: smoked red jalapenos, water, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, natural smoke essence, xanthan gum, garlic
- Carolina gold sauce – Yellow mustard, malt vinegar, yellow sugar, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, kosher salt, black pepper
