Avocado/Poblano Dressing: Soybean oil, water, poblano peppers, distilled vinegar, avocado, egg yolks, green jalapeno peppers, onions, garlic, lime juice concentrate, spice, salt, MSG, xanthan gum, citric acid, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, propylene glycol alginate, calcium disodium EDTA
Caramelized onions: Yellow onions, unsalted butter, canola oil, kosher salt
Artisan Romaine lettuce, Provolone cheese.

To remove the soy allergen sub out the avocado/poblano dressing. Feel free to request another suitable sauce as a replacement.
To remove the dairy allergen, sub out the spent grain brioche for a vegan, gluten-free bun. Remove the crispy onions and sub the provolone cheese for the vegan, non-dairy cheese substitute.
