Champurrado Milk Stout (473ml Draft)
473ml of our take on a Mexican hot chocolate beer with a red berry finish, inspired by a former seasonal dessert, the Champurrado Brownie.
Using the flavours of Mexican hot chocolate as inspiration, we spiced up our Dessert stout with the addition of cacao nibs, ancho chiles, guajilo chiles, and morita chipotle chiles. The stout itself has a very sweet and decadent base with flavours of vanilla, chocolate, caramel, burnt sugar, waffle cone ice cream, and toffee. A very pleasant amount of heat and flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruit and smoke is added through three different chile peppers and cacao nibs additions. The beer features similar flavours of traditional mole sauce which pairs nicely with the large majority of the Baja menu.
