A fan-favourite. We’ve infused our Little Bear with Colombian dark-roast coffee from Rebel Bean (Okotoks, AB). This Coffee Crisp candy bar in a glass brings in milk chocolate, toffee, honey and caramel notes with no harsh coffee bitterness.
Our conventionally-fermented kettle sour, then barrel-aged with wild yeast, adding complex, spicy phenols and fruity flavours. This white-wine-like beer is easy-drinking, providing taste of tart apple, oak, cracker and a subtly funky character.
