Spent Grain Brioche: Bulk white flour, water, sugar, whole eggs, shortening, butter (salted), spent grains, yeast, whey powder, salt, O-Tentic durum flour.
Crispy Onions: Yellow onions, buttermilk, cornstarch, kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper
Red BBQ Sauce: Shallots, garlic, canola oil, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, sage, rosemary, thyme, yellow sugar, molasses, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, honey, vegan Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, apple sauce, Dijon mustard, water.
- Vegan Worcestershire sauce: Soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, yellow sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
Beef Brisket: kosher salt, black pepper, apple juice, apple cider vinegar
Malt Pickles: Dill pickles, malt vinegar
Dairy – Spent grain brioche bun, crispy onions.
Soy – Red BBQ sauce
Wheat – Red BBQ sauce, malt pickles, spent grain brioche bun.
Egg – Spent grain brioche bun. (gluten free bun also contains egg)
Mustard – Red BBQ sauce
To remove wheat allergen, substitute a vegan, gluten-free bun, substitute for non-malted crinkle cut pickles and remove the red bbq sauce. Trace amounts of wheat may remain due to crispy onions being deep fried.
Removing the dairy allergen would require the vegan, gluten-free bun substitute as well as removing the crispy onions.
To remove the soy allergen sub out the Red bbq sauce. Feel free to request another suitable sauce as a replacement.
To remove the egg allergen substitute the spent grain brioche for a vegan, gluten-free bun.
