Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy golden sweet potato fries pair well with any of our BBQ Meats and our creamy spicy Baja sauce.
Some equate the popularization of the sweet potato fry to a San Francisco restaurant and it just so happens that the San Francisco Bay area was where the idea for Prairie Dog Brewing was born. These sweet potato fries are lightly fried to a light crispy golden brown and their sweetness pairs perfectly with the heat in the Baja sauce.
Ingredients
Sweet potatoes, canola oil, cottonseed oil, modified potato starch, sugar, salt, rice flour, tapioca dextrin, sodium phosphate, natural flavour, natural colour, baking powder, beta carotene, xanthan gum.
