Smoked seasonal house-pickled vegetables in a smoked butter and sage sauce.
Ingredients
Cauliflower, carrot, red pepper, garlic, water, white vinegar, pickling salt, white sugar, pickling spice.
Smoked Butter Sauce: Unsalted butter, roasted garlic, maple syrup, chili flakes, fresh sage, kosher salt, black pepper
Allergy Information
Dairy – smoked butter sauce.
To remove the dairy allergen, please request vegetable oil instead of the butter sauce.
Trace elements of mustard may be found due to mustard seeds in the pickling spice. The spice is removed before service.
