    Unity Brew – Canmore Brewing


    Canmore Brewing:
    Inspiration comes from love of highland whisky, malts were largely selected and proportioned to mimic the tasting notes from some of our favourites. Peat malt was subbed with cherrywood smoked malt because it tends to play better with residual sweetness.

    ABV: 6.0%

    SYC Brewing: Malts: ABV: ~6%, IBU: ~10, We used origin Chinook ( sort of their take on an English base malt) Red shed biscuit (literally the best biscuit malt in the world) Red shed roasted wheat Caramel malts and a touch of rye malt. 

    Inspiration: A celebration of Alberta’s finest malt barley. Smooth roast with biscuit and caramel; notes of dark fruit and a whisper of spice.
