Bacon: Pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke. Crispy Onions: Yellow onions, buttermilk, cornstarch, kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper. Aged white cheddar cheese.

Soy - Apple/sage aioli. Dairy - Spent grain brioche bun, crispy onions, cheddar cheese. Wheat - Sent grain brioche bun. Egg - Spent grain brioche bun, apple/sage aioli. Mustard - Apple/sage aioli. To remove wheat allergen, substitute a vegan, gluten-free bun. Trace amounts of wheat may remain due to crispy onions being deep fried.. Removing the dairy allergen would require the vegan, gluten-free bun substitute as well as removing the crispy onions. Sub the cheddar cheese for the vegan, dairy-free cheese substitute.. To remove the soy or mustard allergen sub out the apple/sage aioli. Feel free to request another suitable sauce as a replacement. To remove the egg allergen, remove the aioli.
